help to start CCIE R&S stage

hi all
more than 12 month or maybe little more i have decide to start my CCIE
but there are lot's things to become me mixed up and confused me too lot
first at all i speak lot with my friends who are the first attempt CCIEs man in India (more in india)
all they say me "INE More than enough"
yes i am not doubt i know
as you better know than me INE
for CCIE Routing Switching
have
ATC video
Lab Prep Video
Tshoot
and some series that called term as deep dive
Multicast + Security and....

so Ine release new course as i put link below
New And Upcoming Courses - INE
unfortunately i have more than 90% of them include
PPOE Detail
BGP in Detail
STP
Sparse mode
Intro to Qos
intro to MPLS

so maybe i show my first reason for why i became confused
each additional series e.g BGP in Detail
or sparse mode
take me lots of time to view and more than normal to practice and maybe to fully understand
so i have several question
please reply them and help me reveal

1-should i see all additional new series that ine release?i mean those courses that i put link of them ?

2-when i should start all INE CCIE Series?should i see them before starting ATC?
my reason to see for example Introduction to Qos by Keith is that when i will reach to ATC Qos i know deeply about qos
