Currently the job I am in now is a 3 month contract. Right now the job ends in June at the end of the month, the job I am in is moving to Georgia... the company will pay for me to move and provide a stipen for me to relocate. I approached my manager and asked if there was a way I could relocate to Georgia after my contract ended... they said that they are going to look into it and get back with me....

So today I come in and my manager tells me that the job is available and its overnight (which is fine with me) and they are going to do a quick technical interview with me today to see where im at...

So wish me luck!!! I really want to go to Georgia and start a new chapter in my life!
I will also keep you all updated as well..

Good luck! Moving to the south is definitely an experience. Moved to Louisiana for 3 years from New Jersey. Just came back to the Baltimore/DC area. I loved it down south. Wife not so much. She is a north Jersey Italian girl. Talk about culture shock. All in all, we had a good time and will keep some great memories. Get the traveling out of the way early in your career.

I can happily say I have been to 42 states and 7 countries over a 19 year career. Now I am more focused on settling in the Mid Atlantic area for the next 20 years. Best of luck to you again!
