JNCIS-SEC, lab book? Good blogs?

Any good lab books or follow along blogs or anything you can refer me to? Just worked through the cbtnuggets and they were not really strong enough for the exam I think. Looking for things to give me more hands on.

I am also looking to do the JNCIS-sec your best bet would be prob to create your own labs I guess.
