Does any know / experienced if the CISSP exam would give you a bogus choice (something / a choice that does NOT exist for real) then ask which of the following does NOT apply?

I really don't remember. But, honestly, your best bet is just to learn the material. Trying to focus on the off chance that 1 anonymous forum poster said there might be a fake answer, maybe, in their specific question pool isn't going to help you. If you know the right answer, or at least can narrow it down a bit, you'll be fine.

That is correct, and to elaborate a bit more, there will always be 3 diffidently incorrect answers. How incorrect they are it will depend on the context of the question. So you need to understand what the question is asking. There probably will not be 1 answer that is irrelevant to IT, the answer will be irrelevant to the question and thus making automatically the wrong answer, but you you would need to really understand that.
