Can someone please advise if there is a way to save the practice exam results ? I took my first exam yesterday and when i logged back in this morning , i dont see any history of the answers.

yeah - just keep the url in your fav.
It's the only way I found.

i just do a screen capture of the score results screen.

This. Copy URL to a text file and save. I am able to access/review my exam from few days ago.
