Top locations/titles for high paying infosec careers?

I'm wondering where the really good paying infosec careers are. I'm also wondering what the top jobs themselves are and what skills are needed. I'm at that point where Im thinking about building that nest egg. And despite my reservations about moving to some locations (CA,NY, NOVA/DC/MD) i'm open to looking at this point, even though they are going to be low on the list.
