Part of a southeast engineering team responsible for pre-sales design and support of data networking solutions (primarily Cisco). Projects involve IP Telephony (Call Manager), QOS, network infrastructure (routing/switching), security, wireless & IP Contact Center solutions. Knowledge of Nortel and Avaya IP Telephony design a plus. Must be comfortable working with customers (remote and face-to-face) and sales peers in a variety of environments with the ability to gather the necessary information needed to properly design a secure, converged solution and present it to the customer.
We will consider any candidate with the below mentioned experience and/or certifications (in order of preference):
1st Preference - Cisco IP Telephony experience
2nd Preference - Cisco CCIE, CCNP or CCDP (desired)
