OctalDump Member Posts: 1,722I suspect that you will be able to just take the new 200-105 if you have CCENT, but I can't see clear advice from Cisco yet. The way the CCNA R+S page is worded, is does sound like both 101-105 and 200-105 will be required, but that doesn't seem like usual practice for Cisco.
I think more information will be coming. The exam doesn't actually retire until September, so there's a while to go.2017 Goals - Something Cisco, Something Linux, Agile PM -

This is standard practice for Cisco with Multi-exam Certifications. Even when they change the name of exams (happens frequently at the NP level), they'll usually map the new exams to old exams that covered similar topics and still accept the old exams. I would have been surprised if they didn't accept 100-101 as the last time around they accepted 640-822 and there was a significant topic gap between that and 100-101.R&S: CCENT → CCNA → CCNP → CCIE [ ]
