Confused On Process (Newbie Question)
Hello Everyone,
Just completed my CCNP certification and would like to go after the CISSP before I start my CCIE study.
I'm just a little confused on the process. It's different from the other Certification program. I read through the exam outline and understood the requirements but one thing that's unclear is the steps before taking the test.
Do I have to submit proof of my experience to the ISC2 ahead of time? If so, what proof are they looking for? W2s? Letter from employer? Or can I start studying for the exam, pass the exam, subscribe to the ISC2 Code of Ethics, and get someone who is CISSP certified in good standing to endorse me? High level speaking of course.

Edited to add: The easiest way is what you describe, get a fellow CISSP to review your resume and endorse you if they feel you meet the requirements. When you go the extra mile, there's no traffic.
