Cisco Telepresence Training?

So the new gig is very focused around Telepresence, CMR, Webex, and Jabber. Anyone know of any good training courses that cover any/all of these technologies? I need to ramp up quickly and my boss said that if I can find something for them he'll pay. Thanks!

The World Wide Web gives you Endless possibilities. All of this can be found with a simple web search.... But there is not only training there is a certification for Cisco tele.

Cert: Cisco TelePresence Solutions Specialist - Cisco

    Training: https://learningnetworkstore.cisco.com/telepresence

Here is a Plathora of cisco training: End User University

    WebEx, Jabber and More: https://help.webex.com/welcome

    WebEx Training Center: http://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/products/conferencing/webex-training-center/index.html

    I think that will suffice.......

I have an hr lunch on wed if you want to buy me lunch.... I like wings, garlic knots, and pizza. :D

    Google is your friend..... :D

There is a training that is very good in the DC area. I took it some years ago. I can pass you his information in PM.
    Currently Reading

CUCM SRND 9x/10, UCCX SRND 10x, QOS SRND, SIP Trunking Guide, anything contact center related

I know about that training. My coworker told me it is outdated and no longer market relevant to our business, as well as the Cisco Telepresence Fundamentals book. Thanks for the attempt, though!

@Shodown, are you referring to VTVS1 & 2? Not long ago, I attended that course OLL that was hosted in the DC area. It was good for endpoint troubleshooting and familiarizing yourself with VTC infrastructure devices, but about 1/3 of the technology was outdated/discontinued.

@Mow, if you work on a government network, VTVS1 & 2 are likely still applicable to you. If you're private sector, this particular course may not be much help. Google 'cisco collaboration training' -- those results should get you in the ball park :)
