    Status changed to Complete-Under Review on Weds 07/27/16. Approximately 5 weeks to process the application. One week down. Brain cells lost: incalculable.

    I checked the webpage this morning and my CISM status as been changed to Approved. Does this mean I have the certification now? or is there more waiting for something else?

    Awesome news! Seems you are about a week ahead of me. I submitted all of my paperwork last week, and then this week my status changed to "Complete - Under Review" so hopefully in another week I will get the magic email!

    Application status just changed to approved!!! Now I'm just waiting for the email making it official, hopefully I'll get it before the end of the day.

    My status was changed to "Incomplete" a couple of hours ago... No other information on the web site except for an email link. I requested more information, no answer yet...

    I would check out http://www.isaca.org/Certification/CISM-Certified-Information-Security-Manager/Apply-for-certification/Documents/CISM-Application-frm_Eng_1115.pdf

    On pg. 4 it points out commonly missed items on CISM applications, just do a comparison and see if you overlooked anything. I used it as a reference to ensure I did everything properly on my application.

    Same here....finally, it took them long enough. I was approved almost 2 weeks ago.

    My boss came back from vacation (I didn't want to fix any issue I had and then have them unable to reach anyone for verification) so it was time to call them.

    A nice lady answered and immediately told me what the issue was. I fixed it and faxed just that sheet back to her and now I am "under review".

    I asked about my original two emails (for which I never received a response) and she said, a bit embarrassed, that they get a lot of email, and fax or call is the best way to contact them....

    yep, I had to call. Fortunately using gmail call service the call is free even from outside the US.
    My issue was with the digital signature. They accept only scans of signed hard copies.

    The web page now says:
    Certification Status: Not Certified - Exam Result: Pass (Jun 2016)
    Overall Score: 630
    Application Status: Approved

    I guess I am getting closer...
