Opinions on 9/80 work schedules?

Does anyone here work on a 9/80 work schedule? How do you feel about it? I will have the option for that soon and think it sounds cool because I can use the extra day to spend with fam/friends, track days, riding my bike, and playing videogames. I only see pros but I'd like to hear any cons people have. Hearing any pros to support my pros doesn't hurt either. I just want to know how other people who have worked the schedule feel.

Too true. I've had a few jobs where I was slammed with work my entire 40 hours. Currently I probably get like 15-20 hours of work in out of a 40 hour work week. There's just not much to do unless a project comes up or something goes down. I ended up just studying for a cert that work needed me to have with the rest of my time.
