Anyone tried Cisco Technical Education?

I am thinking about investing in the Cisco offered Cisco technical education for routing and switching. I work in a cisco shop (Routing, switching, DC) and the thing that seems cool to me that it goes over specific equipment along with routing and switching concepts.

It looks good but I don't see a demo showcasing how its like.
