Security+ after Network+? overlap

how long did it take for those who took the Network+ to prepare and pass the security+? i ask this question because there are lots of things i learned from the network+ on the security+ exam.

I took Network+ back in 2012 and then took Security+ in early 2014. It took me about 6 weeks to study for Security+ but I also have several years of experience and the tests have changed since then.
