Needs work...why do you not have bullets by each job you had? Each job should be explained not summary bullets at the bottom...this shows your career progression. Remove "I" out of your intro and make it stronger language. Also your work experience bullets need to be definite statements so...Supervised 12 direct reports or Managed inventory management system. I would search on here for some final resumes or even online for good examples.

The reason for that layout is there's too much overlap between roles. I'm either going to be repeating myself a lot or each role will look really thin on details. I don't want to sound like I'm rambling about unimportant responsibilities just to fill space.

I hear your point on stronger language, however saying I supervised direct reports or managed an inventory management system would just be lying.
