Hi all,
I started off as a desktop support engineer. Got promoted to system administrator - 2 years have passed. I want to know the way forward. I'm interested in IT Auditing as freshers who just have less than 2 yrs exp in auditing are joining govt orgs and making double the money than system admins who are slogging since 9 yrs.
Need frank opinions - Move ahead in same position or change profile / role.
Regards,
Thads

markulous Member Posts: 2,394 ■■■■■■■■□□Are you wanting to do that only for the money? If so, I wouldn't recommend that. Auditing is a bit different than a sys admin. I like it but it's not for everyone. It's kinda up to you on what you want.
