CCSP or Cloud+ relevant?

I was curious for those that have gotten there CCSP or Cloud+ or both, how relevant and helpful has it been for your career? Would you recommend in having one over the other? If you already have your CISSP/Associates of (ISC)2 would having the CCSP be advisable?
