in A+
I apologize if this is in the wrong forum, but I figured A+ would be a good place to start.
A relative of mine is looking to break into the IT field, perhaps starting off in a help-desk role. She has a basic understanding of computers, and was a power user at her last job. She's never done any tech support work, nor does she hold any certs.
What is the best book for someone just getting started in a help-desk IT Support role?

Trucido Member Posts: 250 ■■□□□□□□□□I would say get the 901-902 A+ book from Mike Meyer's
https://www.amazon.com/CompTIA-Certification-Guide-220-901-220-902/dp/125958951X/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1469626562&sr=8-1&keywords=mike+meyers+901-902
Also Professor Messer has A+ / N+ / S+ videos on youtube for free!

Thanks again.
