I'm planning on going back to Russia. I have an Android phone with Google Voice and the phone has a mini sim card in it which I can remove.
Does anyone know if it's possible to either use my phone with a Sim card from Russia to call home and people to call me or for me to buy a phone while in Russia with a Sim card, then install Google Voice on the phone and go about it that way?
I've been trying to figure this out. I've used Skype to call the US from Russia before but no one could call me back.
