confusion in selecting course..

Hello good evening, I am confused to select a course in networking. I am a BCA [bachelor in computer application) graduate and working with one of the networking and security company. Actually Iam doing most of the configurations in switch and other devises, but all procedures I learned from my network engineer. I used to make notes of all commands and all procedures. I want to be independend in all these works and would like to be a perfect network engineer in future. I was reading about CCNA certification, and some people says its very difficult. Can I start with CCNA directly or need to do any other courses for a start?

Yes you can definitely start with CCNA and that would be my recommendation. You could also take the CCNA in two parts giving you the CCENT certification and CCNA.
