PRINCE2 Foundation -> Prince2 Practitioner -> Prince2 Agile.

This is actually one of the criticism for Prince2 Agile, that it is treated as an extra thing to do on top of 'regular' Prince2, whereas agile subsumes a good deal of 'regular' practice in its own paradigm - some things that you treat explicitly, become implicit.

Since October 2016, you can now do the PRINCE2 Agile Exam without having to do the PRINCE2 Practitioner Exam.
