VirtualBox wifi network question

in CCNA & CCENT
Hello,
I have a desktop PC with a wifi card because the router is across the house and up a floor. Is it possible to connect to the internet using VirtualBox via wifi if im not using an ethernet cable? Would I select bridged for the type?
Any info would be great.
Thanks

Bridged or NAT should both work in your scenario. An expert is a man who has made all the mistakes which can be made. -
