Passed CCENT this morning!

I'm very excited to report that I passed the CCENT exam today!
The questions were very straight forward and easy for me to understand.
I took my time and still had more than 10 min left.
This was much easier then the CompTIA N+ exam that I took on June 20th.
Now I have 35 days to knock out part2 before it switches over to the newer exam.

    Good job on the exams.

I passed the icnd1 on 7/19 and the icnd2 on 8/17. That was 29 days between exams. So, it can be done. But, you are going to need to do a lot of studying these next 4 weeks.

    Thanks for the warm replies.
I couldnt get through the first three chapters of this book, I just couldnt comprehend what he was saying. For me I needed the networking foundational knowledge, square one I thought, so I put the CCNA book down and got my A+, then N+. ICND1 was a breeze to read after N+.
I used the Todd Lammle & William Tedder CCNA R&S Deluxe study guide. I also used Todds N+ book so there was continuity.
I used the CBTNugget videos (skip the subnetting portion as he teaches a diff method, shortcuts) I like Todds long hand teaching style to subnetting.
I bought a couple of old routers & switches off ebay and setup a mini lab. This really helped me get into doing the labs.
I probably have 20 solid hours of learning subnetting and practice. I like to use this online site when I have free time subnetting.net - Subnet Questions and Answers
I made flashcards and left them in the car, bathroom, office desk and would try to review as often as I could.
Techexams.net/forums is a great resource & keeps me focused on my goals.
