I have a question about i boook im studing from.
the only way to word the question is to write what book im studing from and who its written by... am i allowed to put that information on a forum?
Prob a stupid question but this website has been so useful not gonna get chucked off for a stupid mistake.

sure you can say what book your using and the publisher/who it's written by. not sure if you can quote the book though.witty comment

Well, in short: officially you should get permission from the author. However, legally it depends a lot on how much you quote. If it is a couple of lines, it's no problem at all, but entire parts (which includes a single mc question with answers) is too much. Go ahead and post, I'll edit your post if it is 'too' much.
