yes you should be able to.

find out how much flash memory you have. show flash Probably 16mb.
find out the size the of ios file.
if the ios is < 16mb, you can install it. you do need some extra free space for i/o buffers, routing tables, and etc.
if the ios is > the free flash memory, you'll have to remove the old ios before install the new one.

    100% yes you can.

c3560-ipservicesk9-mz.122-55.SE6.bin is 12,455KB in Windows Explorer so it'll fit in 16mb Flash if you delete the current IOS file should you have PoE 'PS' switches (the non-PoE 'TS' models have 32mb Flash so it'll be fine on those as well).

c3560-ipservicesk9-mz.150-2.SE7.bin on the other hand is 17,208KB so I doubt it'll fit in 16mb Flash and still have room for the other files that use Flash too, so only the 'TS' non-PoE models can be upgraded to IOS 15.

Remember to export the current IOS before you import the new version so you can go back if you want/need to.

    Just for info:

ipbasek9 - IP base feature set; on all routers by default
datak9 - Data feature set; MPLS, ATM, Multi-protocols etc.
UCK9 - Unified Communications feature set; VoIP, IPsec, VPN, etc.
securityk9 - Security feature set; Firewall, IPS, IPsec, VPN etc.

Note: feature sets are turned on by $$ generally speaking.
