Scored an 894. I study for about 3 weeks (probably a bit more than necessary). I read A+ Exam Prep and A+ Certification for dummies, and did the A+ Exam Cram exams. It seemed like many of the questions I got I had seen before! I would definitley recommned A+ Exam Prep/Cram, as those questions seemed most like the ones on the test :P

I'm feeling confident enough to take the OS exam a week from today, even though I haven't begun studying for it.

Did you study from the 1999 version of A+ For Dummies? icon_cool.gif

I studied from the most recent version of A+ certification for dummies (2001?). I was happy to see that the OS portion of the books is only about 150 pages, as oppossed to the 400 pages of hardware! The author explains that much of the information overlaps.
