Hi all.


I am interested in part-time freelance jobs as a network engineer (UC/R&S).
Can anyone share a similar experience, please?
Where do you search for clients? What are current average rates for entry/mid/expert level freelancers?


I am registered on Upwork. However, there are not too many interesting jobs posted there in my field.
Though I already have had a few projects. My main consideration now is how to make this more regularly.
