Already have a degree - Another BS or MBA?

Currently have a bachelor in Criminal Justice, technically a degree in Corrections & Juvenile Justice; looking to change careers.
Currently work full time so the degree has to be online.
At first I thought I wanted to do Computer Science as I always had an interest in IT as well as business. As I have undergrad certificates in A+ & Computer Forensics.
So I started looking at Oregon State's Post Baccalaureate Program for Computer Science. Yet, I realized I have no interest in programming or in particular math.
So, with my interest in business & IT, I found WGU and focused on their BS - IT Management and their MBA - IT Management.
Concern is that, some people state it might be redundant to get two bachelors.
Other concern is even being admitted to the MBA program as I have limited business courses, other than when I switched my major. I mean I possibly could spin with the non-profit aspect of the admissions process as working for the county, as probation, is technically non-profit.
Thoughts?

Focus on your next certification if you know which direction in IT you want to go. S+ is a good choice for almost everything IT related. Eventually your going to have to make the jump and you may have to take a step down in salary to get in the door. Focus on smaller sized businesses where you can bring value from the business side. Most IT managers generally are business savvy first, technical second.Identity & Access Manager // B.A - Marshall University 2005 -

Not sure the direction, I want to go. Yet, being over 30, I feel like I'm on a time limit, to be perfectly honest.
I know I have no desire to program, yet I don't want to work in a call center/over the phone scenario.
