Unremarkable resume help

Hey.I have a hard time making basic things sound impressive. Don't know what is excess, don't need what I need to expand on.Job titles would be around Jr Network admin, or NOC. I attached PDF. I realize I deleted too much in this one where I edited out all the private info, I left out my education lol.

    No. I said metadata. PDF properties have your name, which leads me to your LinkedIn, John Jay's DoIT org chart, your work email and phone number, etc.
