You can pay for the exam using a credit or debit card - vouchers are just a form of pre-payment.

I doubt anyone would give you a voucher for free, if you want a discount here's a couple of pointers:

The name of the voucher implies that you could, but I don't know for sure.

The VCA exams are certainly online, non-proctored, and are not taken at a Pearson test centre.
