CCNA; Change in course

I started studying for my CCNA 2 years ago and was constantly cancelling my exam due to work commitments. I am now free to book this whenever I can but I am aware the course has now changed.
Can anyone let me know what has changed within the course and also send me in the right direction of new study notes/videos?

The notable changes are that frame relay has been removed and single-homed eBGP has been added to CCNA topics. Here's a Reddit link for the details on what topics have been added/removed.
