what is the main different here?
Is there a network analyzer that can handle the flow from Netflow Lite? or does it always have to go through a nProbe?

Not heard of netflow-lite before.
Cisco's overview of it is here:

It looks like the only real difference - other than the hardware it runs on - is that the most granular it can sample is 1:32.
You can export it to any of the (many) netflow tools that support Netflow V9 or IPFIX (Should be basically all of them)
