error while upgrading ios

hi.. this is the best site.. i have picked up so much here. i am thankful for your time.

below while upgrading the ios on a 2507 im getting a time out error. i can ping the router from the console and ping from dos to the router. can you help. thanks

figured it out.. didn't have my tftp server setup correctly.
