Just curious if there is anyone who could differential between these two types of FlexVPN terms? Ciscos documentation is as fun to read as any. I think i understand when you would use Peer configuration (such as a replacement to DMVPN) but when or what would the client configuration be used for in terms of use case?

That makes sense - but examples i've seen for this "client" configuration is still performed on another router which is why I'm struggling to grasps the concept exactly. Cisco documentation falls short in clarifying some of these flexvpn setups. -
