What is the best way to get IT training quickly ?

Is there any videos training or online courses that can help me improve my IT skills , since i have a basic experience.
Please if you can list some resources that can help me get into entry level IT job. I started A+ but I need some extra resources that can help me find a job and give me a comprehensive understanding and skills to get into the field.

    Don't you already have CCNA? If CCNA doesnt get you a job i dont think A+ will make a big difference.

    Call me naive but I would think having the CCNA would AT LEAST get you an entry level position even without a degree. I know professionals who make pretty dang good money and the only cert they have in the CCNA. Just saying.
