Regarding Renewal of CCNA Certification

Hi all,
I have a query , i have accquired CCNA Certification and it will expire in next year.So purpose of getting the CCNA Certification as a permanent certification , if i enroll and acquire CCNA Data center exam. Will i get the CCNA as a permanent one.

CCNA is not permanent, re-certification is only 3 years.
If you pass any current Associate-level exam except for ICND1, your CCNA will re-certify.
