When you sit the above exam do you find out straight away if you have passed or failed or do you have to wait a number of weeks?

You find out pass/fail when you're finished. Then you get to go through the endorsement process if you passed.

Correct

One thing I'd add is that you will get invited to the web portal and will have access to your digital certificate within a few weeks after endorsement.
