College degree(b.tech) is important while taking a job?

Hey,
I wanna ask that i have been dropped out from a reputed college in INDIA. But i am doing CCNA(R&S) course also i will do certification in CCNA(R&S and security) also SECURITY+ and NETWORK+.I wanna take the job as a security analyst but i don't have my B.TECH degree with me, so can i get a job by having knowledge and certifications only?
