1. Consulting company.

Will have a good learning opportunity since i will be deploying different vendor products.

It is like Netflix without their contents. This company owns lots of Fiber optic between countries. So kinda Service provider for small broadcasting company.
Need to do some hardware refresh. But after that, won't have any project for 5 yrs.

Other perks (Beer cart on Friday at 2)? Yes I have a developer friend on mine who works for a start up (~2 years now) and they have beer cart Friday and are required to shut down their machines at 2 pm. CEO Demands it...... -

Hows 85 to 100k only $100 per pay check? My calculations show at least $500 per pay check, $1k extra a month. Thats not small change. -

I have a long way to go then, mine's only set to increase 1% per year.
