Need some direction to passing the CCNA!

Is there a way of passing the CCNA with out reading and reading and reading all of the books?

I'm new to the data world. I'm a telephone engineer. The phone world is now being taken over by data. :P

no.

'Worse' even, you need to know the theory and preferably hands-on experience...

YES, there is a way to do that. There is R&D on direct input information to human brain. (Too advance and too much unknown) It will be great if it work, but until then. READING is the one of the few way to LEARN.

CISCO VoIP fit you very well. Since you already got the skill on telephony. However, there still many telecom tech job out there based on hr wage.
