will any of my microsoft certifications be worth anything toward any degrees?

wanting to put the effort to multiple uses if possible.

so far I have picked up my mcsa in 8.1 and 10, working on the server side as well as 70-243...then what next....

Depends on the school. I would ask an enrollment advisor at whichever college you're looking into.

They would transfer into WGU's IT degrees.

Each school will have a different way of doing it. Some will only transfer a credit for a class done at an accredited college (so it's the class that counts, not the cert), others will give you credit for the cert, no matter if you took a formal class or not and still others might take a middle approach and only require you to take whatever passed for the mid-term and final for that class to get credit. As was mentioned, you'll have to talk to the school.
