Might be crashing because of low memory. How much have you dedicated?

I gave it 2048 MB which should be sufficent... Its only crashing when I run "show interfaces" for some reason.
I read that its a common error and that it is recommended to run ASAv in gns3 nowadays, which i unfortunately dont have a license fore

Try running it through Unetlab. Never had any problems with it.

What version of QEMU are you using with your ASA object?

The best way to use ASA in GNS3 is to use the ASAv, which can be deployed on VMware and integrated within GNS3.
