the best hacking school already exists - it's called youtube. Everything you need to know about metasploit, mimikatz, netcat, veil, etc is already on there; just need to spend the time watching the vids & learning the ropes to be able to hack into 90% of companies that are out there.

The best example of this type of school was in the movie We Are Legion. When Anonymous launched Chanology it got it's members to download LOIC & taught them to use it. One such guy did just that & was arrested by the FBI and spent time in prison. These type of schools also espouse the merits of a VPN that doesn't log anything. They never ask who owns the VPN.

Certain tools in the hands of inexperienced people can not only destroy networks but put the user at risk of potential prison time. "Oh hey, I wonder what happens if I click here....
