First Interview? Need Advice

I had a buddy hand deliver my resume to the place he works at, CallidusCloud in Dublin, CA a week ago. I got a call today saying that they want me to come in for a "chat," not sure if that means an interview or not.. BUT I want to prepare for an interview nonetheless.
The position is a Customer Success Representative, I am looking for a Jr. System Administrator position, but since I just graduated college I am open to opportunities to jump start my career and this place is said to be a very good place to work at/for. Any advice on how to find out if they have room for me to grow/advance to the IT department/the position I am looking for?
