Just curious as to how some of you folks word basically acting as a zookeeper for various vendors and outsourced functions you may deal with?

    Those may make sense but I'm T2/T3 support so I don't really have control over them but I still have to serve as the zookeeper and make them work together as the issue is my responsibility.
