deimos517 Member Posts: 3 ■□□□□□□□□□Okay, I'm sorry but what the hell is Computer/IT analyst doing on the list? And where did they come up with those salary figures? That must be for somebody with a PhD and 10 years experience. Not trying to be negative but it hardly seems realistic.

I just wish the article was a little more specific on what certs and degrees make that kind of money in IT. -

I noticed you live in Texas... compare the price of a single family home in Texas to the price of a single family home in DC/Northern Virginia or even California (SanDiego/SanFrancisco, etc).
I make the average pay (3 years experience with a B.S.) and I can't afford much in the DC suburbs (Two bedroom Apartment $1750/month)
There are so many factors more than just salary. Your pay may not look all too bad in Texas.... -

Taken from the Computer/IT analyst description. The description does not mean that you have to have ALL of those qualifications. This is a hybrid position within many companies. Hence, you could be a Network Analyst. -
