Acess Printer through a web browser

I am having difficulty connecting to a printer in my workgroup through a web browser. I can connect to this printer through other means like Add Printer Wizard,Network Places,Run dialog box etc.

The print sever is XP Pro with IIS installed and IE version 6.0.
The computer am trying to connect from is XP Home and IIS in not installed in it.

What am I doing wrong and how can I correct it.
