Driver License Question on Application

How do you answer this question if your driver license is for another state? I am asking because I am considering relocation. Thanks.

    Driver's licenses reciprocate across state lines. I'd just put in the appropriate information and indicate the state.

    American drivers licenses are valid in all 50 states, Canada and Mexico for driving and identification. But you will still need a passport if you ever intend to return to the United States if outside the country.
