Thanks for the encouraging words. I have cleared 70-410 day before yesterday.

I have used some online practice labs and got the sybex book: William Panek's MCSA 2012 R2 Windows server book.

This book is very useful as it covers all the three exams of MCSA.

Congrats! Assuming you are going onto the 411, the Panek stand alone 411 book has a lot to be desired. I didn't buy the complete MCSA set so I don't know what the quality is with it outside of my experience with the 411 content.
