Best Resources for AWS-SysOps Admin

Hi:

I have a question about AWS certs.

Is AWS SysOps Admin cert considered the beginner level of all AWS certs? What are some good/cheap resources that I can do labs&read the material to pass the exam?

I have a windows system admin background and hoping this cert will be a good one for mein clouding world.

I used www.linuxacademy.com and it helped me pass first time with about 6-7months of general experience using AWS. I'll be using it for my next set of AWS exams too.
